1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to City Events. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the City Events website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

City Events provides a platform for users to discover, promote, and participate in local events. We strive to create a vibrant community where event organizers and attendees can connect. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using our platform.

2. User Accounts

3. Event Listings and Tickets

City Events allows organizers to create and list events on our platform. When creating an event listing, organizers agree to provide accurate and complete information about the event, including date, time, location, pricing, and any restrictions or requirements for attendance.

For events where tickets are sold through our platform, City Events acts as a facilitator for the transaction between organizers and attendees. The organizer, not City Events, is responsible for fulfilling the event as described and handling any issues that may arise related to the event itself.

Refund policies are set by event organizers and should be clearly stated in the event description. City Events is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific events.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
Creating or promoting events that encourage illegal activities or harm to others
Collecting or harvesting any information from the Service, including user profiles or event data, for any purpose not expressly permitted by City Events
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content
Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other types of malicious code
Using automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, or data mining tools, to download data from the Service

5. Content and Intellectual Property
